A collaboration with our friends at New Realm, a Southern Hemisphere pale ale utilizing the the power of thiols to push hop aromatics to the proverbial tropical boundary. Using Omega Star Party yeast and Southern Hemisphere hops high in bound thiols, we’re taking a page out of New Zealand wine making research to bring you a beer bursting with grapefruit, guava, and stone fruit aromatics, yet nicely balanced with a very crushable alcohol content. Get it in ya, MATE!!!
