Explore the beer making process from grain to glass and get a hands on experience with raw ingredients, brewing equipment and tank samples during a one hour long tour of Revelry Brewing’s main brewing facility and The Hold, the brewery’s creative barrel aging facility.  

The tour guides you through the ingredient selection, brewing variables, and recipe formulations and into the science of fermentation.  Learn how a single-celled organism has been domesticated over millennia to produce consistent, world class beer as well as the renaissance of the use of wild yeasts and bacteria in sour ales.

All tours begin at 10 Conroy St. in front of the shiny equipment (brewhouse).
